Housing affordability is a growing concern across Gloucester–Southgate—for renters, homeowners, seniors, and young adults starting out.
Many residents are finding it increasingly difficult to find housing that fits their income and their stage of life within the communities they call home.

We need steady, practical progress that increases supply and improves affordability over time.

As your Councillor, I will:

• Advocate for faster, more efficient development approvals while respecting neighbourhood planning

• Encourage mixed-income developments that reflect the full diversity of our community

• Support clear, realistic affordability goals tied to local conditions
